PANCKY PK0075

This package offers solid value for the price, especially since it includes everything needed to start using it right out of the box. While the retail price of around £120 might seem a bit steep, we’ve seen it on sale for as low as £88.00/$114.00, which makes it a much better deal.
One of the main downsides of many of these more affordable Chinese machines is their recovery speed. This refers to how quickly the machine can detect a target, process the signal, and then move on to the next target. For instance, if you have three coins spaced a few inches apart, the machine might detect the first one, but because of its slower recovery speed, it could still be processing the first coin as you pass over the second and third. As a result, the machine might not pick up on those additional targets because it’s still focused on the first. Higher-end machines have quicker processing speeds, allowing them to detect and respond to multiple targets, even if you’re sweeping over them quickly.
Unusually the Pancky is fully branded. Normally Chinese machines are pretty generic as they are often made in one factory for several suppliers. The Pancky proudly wears its branding on the coil, control box, arm cup and supplied accessories. The company does this for all of their products.
In the following video our friend Chris Smith at HADESDETECTING takes a look at the Pancky PK007. Chris is the go to expert on all things “Chinese Metal Detector” related and is also a highly experienced detectorist familiar with all the big name brands and detecting gear in general. Firs though lets have a quick look at the specifications:

Given what we have seen so far, the Pancky PK0075 looks like a fairly decent machine. Price will be the main factor. If it costs much more than the discounted prices we have seen you may be better off looking at something like the Nokta FindX which is around £139 and also includes wired headphones, digging tool and carry bag.
