We are South Hams History Hunters:
A small group of 4, based in South Devon, consisting of one metal detectorist, one archaeologist and two all round historians. Together we all share a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to history, how to find it and how to document it. Using a wide range of detection and surveying techniques including land research, lidar filtering technology, metal detecting, mudlarking, magnet fishing etc - we are able to build a picture of a whole area throughout time with an in depth timeline of the history and conduct the publishing of articles for the public and historic research databases. We are slowly rewriting the history books and adding many more pages to everything that was known about our area, we're also finding and recording artefacts that have never previously been recorded! We recently featured on BBC spotlight and have carried out multiple multi media projects consisting of write ups, interviews, videos and journalistic pieces. Founded in 2023 by Silver Levy-So along with Darren Murray, Matt Oliver and Jowan Albon.

I watched the BBC Video. Looks like a really interesting area that you are searching there by the river. Is that eyes only or are you also using detectors? I didn't see any in the video.
